Detection method
1. The deviation of the external dimensions of the product shall be inspected with appropriate measuring tools and visually inspected.
2. The power on test of the electric heating coil should be carried out in an environment of 20 ± 5 ℃, without wind or strong thermal radiation, with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, installed inside the electrical appliance or under simulated conditions. Power supply voltage deviation ± 1%.
3. Lead out rod tensile test
Fix the electric heating coil, then hang the set weight vertically on the lead out rod for 3 minutes, and then inspect it.
4. Input power
At the rated voltage, make the electric heating coil fully heat up to a stable state under normal operating conditions, measure its actual power P, and calculate the power deviation △ according to the following formula:

5. Leakage current, electrical strength, insulation resistance test
According to the method specified in GB 4706.1-2005, the voltage for leakage current testing should be 1.15 times the rated voltage, and the test should be conducted in a humid and hot box under humid conditions; The operating current on the high-voltage side of the electrical strength test should be 10mA
6. Overload test
Adjust the power supply voltage so that the input power of the electric heating coil reaches 1.27 times under sufficient heating conditions. The rated input power is energized for 1 hour and cooled for 0.5 hours to room temperature. Forced cooling can be used for 30 cycles.
7. Life test
Turn on the electric heating coil at rated voltage under sufficient heating conditions for 1 hour, cool it to room temperature for 1 hour, and if necessary, use forced cooling. The cumulative workpiece time can reach 3000 hours.
8. Inspection rules
Each electric heating coil product must be inspected and accompanied by a qualified product or a qualified mark specified by the manufacturer before leaving the factory.
9. Factory test
Every product proposed for delivery must undergo a specified factory inspection, and only after passing the inspection can delivery be made. Otherwise, it should be returned for improvement and remanufactured.
