1. The electric heating coil should be able to work normally under the following conditions.
a. Altitude not exceeding 1000m
b. Surrounding environment temperature -25~+50 ℃
c. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 90% (at 25 ℃)
d. There are no conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases that can seriously damage metals and insulation materials in the surrounding area
e. No obvious impact or vibration
2. Lead out rod tensile strength
The lead out rod should be able to withstand 70% of the tensile strength of the part, but no displacement or fracture should occur during the tensile test lasting for 3 minutes, which should not exceed 1000N.

5. Insulation resistance
The insulation resistance between the live parts of the electric heating coil and the shell should meet the following requirements
The insulation resistance value under cold state shall not be less than 50M Ω.
The insulation resistance value under humid conditions shall not be less than 0.5M Ω.
6. Electrical strength
The live part of the electric heating coil and the shell should be able to withstand a basic sine wave of 50Hz. A withstand voltage test lasting for 1 minute without any breakdown or flashover phenomenon shall be conducted at the following voltage:;
Test voltage value under cold state 1600V
Test voltage value under tidal conditions of 1250V
Test voltage value at operating temperature of 1000V
7. Overload test
The electric heating coil should be able to withstand 30 overload tests without damage under specified conditions.
——For electric heating elements with a rated input power not exceeding 100W, the input power for overload testing is 1.33 times the rated value.
——For electric heating elements with a rated input power exceeding 100W, the input power for overload testing is 1.27 times the rated value or 1.21 times plus 12W, whichever is greater.
8. External dimension deviation
The inner diameter deviation of the electric heating coil is+2-5 millimeters.
The height deviation of the B electric heating coil is ± 5 millimeters.
9. Appearance
The electric heating coil must not have significant mechanical scars or local expansion.
There should be no wrinkles or bumps at the bend.
10. Lifetime: Under the principle of user compliance with the storage, installation, and use of electric heating coils, the working life of electric heating coils should not be less than 3000 hours.
